Description

The STC-3028 is a popular digital thermostat that can be used to control the temperature of a variety of appliances, such as incubators, fermentation chambers, and aquariums. It has a wide temperature range of -20°C to 80°C and a high accuracy of ±1°C. The STC-3028 also features a dual display that shows both the current temperature and the set temperature.

The STC-3028 is easy to use and can be programmed with just a few buttons. It has two output modes: heating and cooling. In heating mode, the STC-3028 will turn on a heating device when the temperature falls below the set point. In cooling mode, the STC-3028 will turn on a cooling device when the temperature rises above the set point.

Here’s a guide on how to program the STC-3028 Temperature Controller:

1. Accessing the Programming Menu:

• Press and hold the “SET” button for 3 seconds. This will enter the programming mode, and the first setting will start flashing.

2. Navigating Settings:

• Use the “UP” and “DOWN” buttons to move between settings.
• Press and hold the “SET” button for 3 seconds to save a setting and move to the next one.

3. Setting Temperature Parameters:

• Set the starting temperature (LS): This is the temperature at which the cooling or heating device will turn on.
• Set the stopping temperature (HS): This is the temperature at which the cooling or heating device will turn off.
• Set the differential temperature (d): This is the difference between the starting and stopping temperatures.

4. Choosing Output Mode:

• Press and hold the “UP” and “DOWN” buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds to toggle between heating and cooling modes.

5. Calibrating Temperature (Optional):

• If needed, calibrate the temperature reading: Press and hold the “SET” and “UP” buttons together to adjust the temperature calibration.
• Press and hold the “SET” and “DOWN” buttons together to adjust the humidity calibration (if applicable).

6. Saving and Exiting:

• Press and hold the “SET” button for 5 seconds to save all settings and exit the programming mode.
