Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Relations:

  • Engage customers via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
  • Provide expert recommendations for electronics components, sensors, Arduino/Raspberry Pi boards, and robotics parts
  • Process sales orders, maintain customer records, and build lasting relationships

Product Knowledge & Technical Support:

  • Demonstrate expertise in electronics components and open-source hardware
  • Provide technical guidance and assist customers in project component selection
  • Support troubleshooting and deliver effective solutions

Business Development & Administration:

  • Identify new sales opportunities and conduct market research
  • Assist in developing sales strategies and promotional activities
  • Prepare reports, coordinate order fulfillment, and handle customer complaints professionally
  • Maintain organized workflows to meet delivery deadlines

Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Background in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical fields
  • Current students or recent graduates welcome

Essential Skills:

  • Technical: Deep understanding of electronics components, basic Arduino/Raspberry Pi knowledge, circuit familiarity
  • Languages: Fluent English and Kinyarwanda (French and Swahili preferred)
  • Software: Microsoft Office proficiency, e-commerce/CRM systems knowledge preferred
