Faranux Electronics is looking for interns to work with our team to improve the quality control of our product hence delivering the best user experience, As an intern you will be part of developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for Faranux product’s portfolio

Responsibilities
Intern will be working in quality assurance department, with the following responsibilities:
- Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery
- Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing product to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables
- Identifies, document and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues
- Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
- Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products.
- Develop or update company complaint and inspection procedures to ensure capture and investigation, as well as proper documentation of complaints
- Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to senior management
- Provide training and support to other related teams on systems, policies, procedures, and core processes
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Academic qualifications:
Background in Electrical, Electronics or related fields
The candidate must fulfil the following:
- Must have deep understanding of various electronics components
- Good understanding of Open source Hardware such as Arduino
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English and Kinyarwanda, French and Swahili is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiar and comfortable with computer applications such as Microsoft Office
- Honest and Trustworthy
- Ability to work under pressure
- Gets along well with others
Benefits:
Faranux Electronics will provide 80,000 RWF per month, An outstanding intern may be offered a full time job.
