1. Intellectual Property.

The Service, the Site, and all information and/or content that you see, hear or otherwise experience on the Site (the “Content”) are protected by Rwanda and international copyright, trademark and other laws, and belong to Faranux Electronics or its parent, partners, affiliates, contributors or third parties. Faranux Electronics  grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Site, the Service and the Content to print, download and store portions of the Content that you select, provided that you:

You may not connect “deep links” to the Site, i.e., create links to this site that bypass the home page or other parts of the Site without written permission.

2. Disclaimer of Warranties.

Faranux Electronics makes no express, implied warranties or representations with respect to any product, or with respect to the site, the service or the content. Faranux Electronics expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and no infringement with regard to the products, the site, the service, and the content. Faranux Electronics  does not warrant what the functions performed by the site or the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that defects in the site or the service will be corrected. Faranux Electronics does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the content, or that any errors in the content will be corrected. The site, the service and the content are provided on an” As is” and “as available” basis.

At Faranux Electronics, visitors IP addresses are periodically reviewed and analysed for the purpose of monitoring, and effectively improving our Web site only, and they will not be shared outside Faranux Electronics.

During a web site visit, we may ask you for contact information (email address, telephone number, fax number and addresses for shipping/billing). This information is collected on a voluntary basis—and only with your approval.

3. Limitation of Liability.

In no event shall Faranux Electronics be liable to the buyer or to any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages(including without limitation lost profits, lost savings, or loss of business opportunity) arising out of or relating to (I) Any product or service provide or to be provided by Faranux Electronics, or the use of inability to use the same; (II) The use of or inability to use the site, the service, or the content, (III) Any transaction conducted through or facilitated by the site; (IV) Any claim attributable to errors, omissions, or other inaccuracies in the site, the service and/or the content; (V) Unauthorized access to or alliteration of your transmissions or data, (VI) Statements or conduct of any third party on the site or the service; (VII) Any other matter relating to the products, the site, the service or the content, even if Faranux Electronics has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Faranux Electronics ‘s sole obligation and liability for product defects shall be, at Faranux Electronics’ option, to replace such defective product or refund to customer the amount paid by customer therefore in no event shall I Faranux Electronics ‘s liability exceed the buyer’s purchase price. The foregoing remedy shall be subject to buyer’s written notification of defect and return of the defective product within sixty (60) days of purchase. The foregoing remedy does not apply to products that have been subjected to misuse (including without limitation static discharge), neglect, accident or modification, or to products that have been soldered or altered during assembly, or are otherwise not capable of being tested. If you are dissatisfied with the site, the service, the content, or with the terms of use, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the site. You acknowledge, by your use of the site, that your use of the site is at your sole risk.

Conditions of Order

1. Order Validation and Acceptance.

When you place an order, we may verify your method of payment, shipping address and/or tax exempt identification number, if any, before processing your order. Your placement of an order via the Site is an offer to purchase our Products. Faranux Electronics may accept your order by processing your payment and shipping the Product, or may, for any reason, decline to accept your order or any part of your order. No order shall be considered to be accepted by Faranux Electronics until the Product has been shipped. If we decline to accept your order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address or other contact information you have provided with your order.

2. Electronic Communication.

When you place an order via the Site, you are required to provide a valid email address, which we may use to communicate with you regarding the status of your order, advise you regarding shipment of backordered products, and to provide you with any other notices, disclosures or other communications relating to your order. You agree that Faranux Electronics will not be responsible for any damage you incur, or information you do not receive, as a result of your failure to provide a valid email address.

3. Pricing.

Faranux Electronics Website quotation and related services are only being calculated in RWF and U.S. dollars and settlement of the currency, if the RWF and U.S. currency are not within the scope of the use of national or regional customers, please exchange rate for the corresponding conversion according to their own countries or regions. All prices are in RWF and U.S. dollars.

4. Product Information.

Faranux Electronics website type of product, product description and parameters, the relevant pictures, video and other information are provided by Internet and relevant suppliers, Faranux Electronics website do not shoulder the responsibility for the information’s accuracy, integrity, legality or authenticity. In addition, Faranux Electronics website or any use or provide information businesses and their risks on this website do not shoulder any responsibility.

5. Payment.

Faranux Electronics offers the several convenient payment methods by RWF and US dollars, including PAYPAL, Credit Card, Master Card, VISA, American Express. 6. Shipping Charges.

Shipping or freight charges, insurance and destination customs duties will be paid by the customers.

7. Banking fee.

There is no banking fee.

8. Handling Charge.

There is no minimum order or handling fee.

9. Freight Damage and Return Policy.

If you receive merchandise that has been damaged in transit, it is important to keep the shipping carton, packing material and parts intact. Please contact Faranux Electronics customer service immediately to initiate a claim. All returns should be made within 60 days of date of invoice and be accompanied by the original invoice number, certificate of guarantee card, part’s picture and a brief explanation or test report of the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted after 60 days. Returned merchandise must be in original packaging and in resalable condition. Parts returned due to customer error at time of quote or sale will not be accepted.

10. Customs problem.

Faranux Electronics do not responsible for destination countries customs clearance.

If customer’s parts were detained or seized by customer’s local customs, Faranux Electronics can provide some documents for customers, but Faranux Electronics do not responsible for customs clearance, Faranux Electronics do not pay customs fee, it’s all customer’s duty to clear the parts from customer’s local customs.

Faranux Electronics will not ship again if parts were detained or seized in customer’s local customs, there no refund of the payment.

11. Duties and responsibilities.

Faranux Electronics is a professional B2B and B2C trading platform, and we can only inspect the exterior condition of the goods, but not inner function. Returns within 60 days will be accepted, however, customers have no rights to prosecute Faranux Electronics for non-functional goods, also have no right to ask extra compensate. Faranux Electronics is a service platform, we are not manufacturers, we are just supply the service, help customer to purchase the products which they need. Faranux Electronics reserve the right of final explanations.
