Faranux Electronics is looking for interns to work with customer service in consumer and commercial sales, The intern will serve customers on a daily basis, answering product and service questions, suggesting information about products and services, Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities  

Intern will be working in consumer and commercial sales, with the following responsibilities:

  • Answering product and service questions; suggesting information about products and services.
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • Provide pricing and delivery information
  • Prepare and process orders, forms, applications and requests
  • Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
  • communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Follow up on customer interactions
  • provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions
  • Assist with placement of orders
  • Work with shop manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication 

Academic qualifications: 

Background in Electronics or related fields 

The candidate must fulfil the following:

  1. Must have deep understanding of various electronics components
  2. Basic understanding of Open source Hardware such as Arduino 
  3. Fluent in English and Kinyarwanda, French and Swahili is a plus
  4. Familiar and comfortable with computer applications such as Microsoft Office
  5. Honest and trustworthy
  6. Organized, Driven and Energetic
  7. Ability to work under pressure
  8. Gets along well with others

Benefits: 

Faranux Electronics will provide 50,000 RWF per month, where an  outstanding intern may be offered a full time job offer.

  • Maintain organized workflows to meet delivery deadlines

Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Background in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical fields
  • Current students or recent graduates welcome

Essential Skills:

  • Technical: Deep understanding of electronics components, basic Arduino/Raspberry Pi knowledge, circuit familiarity
  • Languages: Fluent English and Kinyarwanda (French and Swahili preferred)
  • Software: Microsoft Office proficiency, e-commerce/CRM systems knowledge preferred

How to install any library in Arduino IDE

Libraries in Arduino make coding easier by providing ready-made functions for sensors, displays, communication modules, and more. Here are the different ways to add libraries to the Arduino IDE:

🔹 1. Using the Library Manager (Recommended)

  • Open Arduino IDE
  • Go to Sketch > Include Library > Manage Libraries
  • Search for the library and click Install

🔹 2. Adding a .ZIP Library

  • Download the .zip file of the library
  • In Arduino IDE, go to Sketch > Include Library > Add .ZIP Library
  • Select the downloaded .zip file and click Open

🔹 3. Manually Adding a Library

  • Download and extract the library folder
  • Move it to Documents/Arduino/libraries/
  • Restart the Arduino IDE

🔹 4. Installing from GitHub (For Advanced Users)

  • Rename the folder to match the library name
  • Clone or download the library repository
  • Extract and place the folder inside Arduino/libraries/
